Candy is a lawyer and an experienced educator. Committed to the provision of quality education for all, she believes that all children are gifted and they would thrive regardless of their backgrounds if given opportunities. She has helped students with special education needs (SEN) to pursue higher education, and build self-confidence through her knowledge and passion for art and public speaking. She also led a research project for a local NGO, comparing legal protection for non-native speaking students with SEN in primary schools across common law jurisdictions. Candy is currently serving as Consultant on the Board of Directors of Be The Change HK Ltd., where she is also a keen volunteer.
